Your Right to Return
We want you to love your flow products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the book must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- Free from any writing, markings, or damage
- Returned in its original packaging
Since this book is designed as a personal workbook meant to be written in, we cannot accept returns of books that have been used or written in. We appreciate your understanding.
How to Initiate a Return
To return your order, please contact us at hello@flowlifdesign.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
- Confirmation that the book is unused
We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned book and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@flowlifdesign.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
