Delivery Times
All our products are currently available for pre-sale. This means your order won’t ship immediately—estimated shipping is scheduled for January or February 2026. We’re working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible and will keep you updated every step of the way.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this to track your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@flowlifedesign.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Orders & Customs
For orders outside the European Union, all customs fees, import duties, and taxes are covered by us. You won't face any additional costs at delivery.
